Welcome! I’m Rebecca Bos, the proud owner of Board & Barrel. My journey into the world of culinary art and fine spirits started as a simple love for creating unforgettable experiences around food and drink. Over the years, I’ve blended my expertise in crafting charcuterie with my background in distilling fine spirits. I am also the owner and Master Distiller of up and coming Wild Rogue Distilling. At Board & Barrel, I pour my passion into every board and every glass, making each event not just decadent, but truly unforgettable. I aspire to have every board and every cocktail to be more than something that is just simply enjoyed - it should be an experience in itself. I wanted to do something a little different and more elevated to make people feel good by rewarding themselves with something extra special. I am so fortunate to share this vision with my like-minded team. We have a ton of fun doing this together!

When I am not creating charcuterie, distilling, or mixing signature cocktails, you can usually find me on the river or up in the mountains. My love for Southern Oregon is endless. Whitewater rafting, hunting, and foraging wild edibles are a few of my favorite things to do with my love, my family, and my dogs.
